Ingredients

    3/4 cup sugar
    3 tbsp all-purpose flour
    3 tbsp baking cocoa
    4 cups milk

Directions

Combine sugar, flour and cocoa in a medium saucepan. Add milk and whisk until smooth.

Bring to a boil over medium heat, whisking regularly. Maintain a boil for about 2 minutes or until mixture thickens slightly.

Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.

Pour into molds and freeze at least 3 hours or until set.

Makes about 4 cups. The molds pictured hold 1/2 cup each making 8 fudge pops!
