    Chicken, cornish hens, 1/2 bird whole
    Peas, frozen, 1/2 cup
    Watermelon, 3/4 cup, diced
    Salt, 2 tsp
    Rosemary, dried, 2 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Basil, 5 leaves
    Butter, salted, 1/2 tsp


Thaw frozen cornish hen,, mix olive oil pepper basil rosemary and 1 tsp of salt together and rub on cornish hen and place in a preheated 420 degree oven. Cook peas in a skillet wit the butter and 1 tsp of salt for 5-10 minutes. Cut watermelon into cubes.
