Ingredients

    5.5 pounds pluot
    2.25 cups sugar
    1 box pectin

Directions

Cook pluots till tender, mash Bring to a boil, add pectin. Bring back to a hard boil. Add sugar, bring back to rolling boil and boil 1 minute. Place in sterilized jars and water bath process for 5 minutes. Let stand to cool. Check seals.

Serving Size: makes 7.5 half pint jars (makes 120 tbsp)
