    2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. canola oil
    1 bag Birdseye Steamers Asian Medley Vegetables
    1bag Birdseye Steamers Broccoli Florets
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup dry sherry
    1 Tbsp. honey
    4 tsp. cornstarch
    4 cloves garlic, minced or crushed
    1 tsp. grated ginger root


1. Steam veggies in the microwave as directed. In the meantime, stir fry chicken in the canola oil until no longer pink.
2. Stir together soy sauce, sherry, honey, cornstarch, garlic, and ginger root. Stir into the chicken and cook, stirring, until brought to a boil and thickened. Stir in vegetables and heat through.
