    1 cup Reese All White Crab Meat
    2 Large Egg Whites
    1/4 Cup Quaker Yellow Corn Meal
    1 tbsp French's Yellow Mustard
    1 tbsp lea & perin Worcestshire Sauce
    1 tbsp Hidden Valley Fat Free Dressing
    1 tsp onion powder
    1/2 tsp dried dill
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper


Mix all ingredients together and bake in 400 degree oven until golden brown. Turn halfway through cooking. Total estimated time for cooking 15 minutes.
