Ingredients

1 lb. turkey meat (half light and dark meat)
1/3 C. uncooked brown rice
1/3 C uncooked wild rice
3 stalks celery, diced with leaves included
1 onion, chopped
2 teas. poultry seasoning
3 cups turkey broth
3 cups water
1 can lowfat evaporated milk
Directions
Combine all ingredients except milk in large dutch oven or stockpot. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes, reduce heat. Simmer four hours - brown rice will break down and thicken soup. Add milk just prior to serving and heat through without boiling. 6 servings.
