Ingredients

1 Box of Multi grain penne pasta
4 Chicken breast
2 Tablespoons of olive oil
2 Shallots
2 Tablespoons of Fresh tarragon Chopped
1 Cup of light Whipping Cream
1 Bag of Sun Dried tomatoes
Directions
Cook Pasta as per directions on box
Meanwhile
In a Skillet pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil and add Chicken. Pan fry until nice brown color
In another skillet pour the other tablespoon of Olive Oil and add Shallots, Tarragon and Sun dried Tomatoes. Cook for 3 minutes or until shallots are lightly browned. Once done add the shallots, tarragon and sun-dried tomatoes in the pan with the chicken and add the cream. Cook on Medium until cream thickens.
Drain Pasta and mix all ingredients together
