Ingredients

    *Jennie-O Turkey Breast Tenderloin, apple seasoned 1 1/2 lb
    sweet potatoes about 10, scrubbed and chopped in large slices
    sweet raw onion, .75 cup, chopped
    1 medium yellow delicious, chopped
    Dole Pineapple Slices, 2 slices
    Pineapple Juice, 1 cup (from can of slices)
    3 baby crini mushrooms, sliced

Directions

Clean and chop the veggies. In a 9x13 pan, combine all the veggies and the turkey tenderloin. Spray on top with pan spray and sprinkle with some Mrs. Dash. Cover with foil and cook in oven for 60 minutes, or until meat is 160 inside and juices are clear.
