    2 Talipia fillets thawed
    1/2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
    10 sprays of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray


Thaw Talipia, dip in water and then in bread crumbs. Place in baking dish or on cookie sheet and spray with ICBINB. Bake at 350 until golden brown and flakes, approx. 20-30 mins
