This is a very quick recipe, with lots of flavor. This is a very quick recipe, with lots of flavor.
Number of Servings: 6


    1 lb Ground Turkey
    1/2 cup chopped Cilantro, fresh
    2-3 Green Onions Chopped
    1/3 cup Oats
    1 egg or 2 egg whites
    Bragg Liquid Aminos (unfermented soy sauce)
    Salt and Pepper to taste


In medium-sized bowl, combine egg, oats and 1 Tbsp Liquid Aminos. Allow the oats to soak, about 10 miutes or so. Add cilantro and onions, mix thoroughly, adding salt and pepper if desired. Shape into patties and saute in a little olive oil, or grill, until done. Note: Add a little more Liquid Aminos while cooking, to get a nice bornw color. Since the patties are lean, they will tend to fall apart if you shape them too thin. For those who don't like a lot of cilantro, reduce the amount as your taste buds indicate.
