A delicious and easy side-dish anyone can whip up. Barely any prep needed, as chopping can all be done WHILE the rice is cooking!

Ingredients

    1 cup (uncooked) Wild or Basamati Rice
    1 tbsp fresh Rosemarry, chopped
    1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
    2 large cloves of garlic, minced
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 Lemon, Zest and Juice

Directions

Cook wild rice (basamati is also a good substitution for this recipe) using box/bag description.
While rice is cooking, finely chop rosemary, rhyme, and garlic. Zest and juice lemon.

Once rice is done cooking, add all remaining ingredients, then fluff with a fork. Salt and pepper to taste using sea salt and freshly ground pepper.

Enjoy your light and delicious side dish!

Serving Size: Makes 4 side-dish sized servings.
