Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Ramen Noodles, chicken flavor, 1 container, individual
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    Tofu, extra firm, 1 cup
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
    *Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
    *Canola Oil, 1 1tsp


Directions

Stir fry all the vegetables and tofu in 1tsp oil until soft add 2cups of water and bring it to boil. Add noodles and half the pack of seasoning. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
