Ingredients

    28g Goat Cheese
    1 cup Cucumber
    1 oz Avocado
    1/2 cup Reduced Sodium Chickpeas
    4 oz Green Peppers
    1 oz Onion
    1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
    Garlic powder & cumin powder to taste

Directions

Chop fresh vegetables
Add vegetables, chickpeas, balsamic vinegar & light olive oil
Blend well
Refrigerate overnight for full flavor
Eat for lunch or dinner the next day
