    19.2 oz package Jennie-O Extra Lean Turkey
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 red bell pepper, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 15 oz can Bush's Reduced Sodium Black Beans
    1 28 can chopped tomatoes (I use a quart of home canned stewed tomatoes)
    1 15 oz can tomato sauce
    1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp chili powder
    1 tsp cumin
    1 Tbs onion powder
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp salt (optional)


Brown down the turkey, then add peppers, garlic and onions, cooking until soft. Add tomatoes, beans, tomato sauce and spices, reduce heat to simmer, and cook for about 1/2 hour for flavors to blend. Makes great leftovers.
