Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1/4 c lemon or lime juice
    3 Tbs Fresh Rosemary
    3 Cloves Garlic
    1 Tps Fresh Thyme
    6 oz (.4 pounds) Tilapia fillets
    3 Tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Place rosemary garlic and thyme into a food processor and pulse on high for at least 8 pulses. Just enough to mince the garlic. Scrape into a quart size zip lock bag. Add lemon juice fish and EVOO. Marinade for 15 minutes.

Heat the BBQ. Remove the fish from the bag and discard the marinade. Place fish on the grill. Grill on each side until fish flakes. Use a fish or veggie griller.

Serve with your favorite Veggies.

Note that most of the EVOO calories are tossed out. Actual oil used is closer to 1 Tbs per serving.
