    16 oz ground beef extra lean
    2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
    2 large eggs
    1 cup 1% milk
    4 tlbs grated parmesan cheese
    1 tlbs garlic powder
    2 tlbs italian seasoning
    salt and pepper to taste
    Combine all ingredients in large bowl mix thoroughly,
    place in casserole dish, pour 2 cups salsa over meatloaf cover and place in oven


Preheat oven to 350F
Cook for 1 hour
