    1/2 cup wheat flour
    1/2 cup white flour
    pinch baking soda
    2 tbsp Splenda
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    1/8 tsp ginger
    1/8 tsp nutmeg
    1/4 cup egg substitute
    1-1/4 cup 1% milk
    3 tbsp vanilla fat free/sugar free yogurt
    1/2 cup canned pumpkin


Mix dry ingredients.
Mix wet ingredients then add to dry and mix well.
Fry on griddle using non stick butter spray.
