Introduction

This is a great breakfast or lunch smoothie when you're in a hurry! This is a great breakfast or lunch smoothie when you're in a hurry!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 c. Skim Milk (I used Great Value brand)
    3 oz. House Foods Silken Tofu
    14 g. Natural Almonds (I used Great Value brand)
    70 g. Whole Strawberries (I used Frozen)
    1/2 scoop Body Fortress Strawberry Whey Protein

Directions

Add milk, tofu & strawberries to blender - blend well
Crush almonds and then add to blender - blend well
Lastly, add your 1/2 scoop of protein and finish blending.

Great breakfast or lunch smoothie (especially when you're in a hurry)!
