    2 Tilapia filets
    4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    4 flour tortillas
    1 cup pico de gallo (half a tomato, 1/8 onion, 1/4 cup cilantro, 1/4 clove garllic)
    hot sauce (to taste)


heat olive olive in small skillet over medium heat. poach fish about 2-3 mins each side. transfer to small bowl and flake with a fork, mix in pico de gallo. Meanwhile warm tortillas in microwave (stack covered in damp paper towels) about 30-40 seconds. Serve family style and top with hot sauce to taste.
