    6 hard cooked eggs
    1/3 c mayonnaise
    4 t yellow mustard
    1 stalk celery, diced
    1 slice raw onion, diced
    salt, pepper & cayenne to taste


cook eggs about 8-10 minutes
let cool and peel
put in a large bowl and add remaining ingredients and chop with fork or spoon as you mix
season to taste
