Ingredients

    12 medium size potatoes
    4 large egg boiled
    1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
    4 Tbs of sweet pickle relish
    1 small onion chopped
    2 Tbs Kraft Mayo w/ Olive oil - reduced
    1 Tbs honey mustard
    2 Tbs of Daisy Light Sour Cream (optional)

Directions

Peel and boil potatoes until done but still firm. Hard boil eggs for 10 mins. Chop dill pickles & onions. Drain water from potatoes and place in bowl with chopped hard boiled eggs, dill pickles, relish, chopped onion and mix with Mayo, mustard and sour cream. Makes 12 servings of 1/2 cup each!
