Ingredients

    2 lb. Chuck Roast
    1/2 cup Good Seasons Italian Dressing, prepared

Directions

Marinade roast in Italian Dressing 4 hours to over night.
Prepare BBQ. When ready, sear roast on all sides. Finish cooking to medium rare on indirect heat. Let rest and slice on against grain 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick slices. Serve.
