    2lbs Ground Turkey
    8 Cups of Cooked Tomato's (Boiled and pureed)
    2 cups onions
    12 Medium Bell Peppers
    7 cups of cooked white rice
    1 tbsp salt
    2 tbsp of minced garlic


Cut bellpeppers in halp and remove seeds, blanch in boiling water, remove from water to drain. Chop 8 cups of fresh tomatos place in a pot fill with water to the top of the tomatoes, bring to a boil until done, (do not drain you will use juice in recipe). Put 4 cups of White rice on to cook. Brown 2lbs of ground turkey with the 2 cups of onions and 2 tbsp with garlic. Mix cooked rice, ground turkey and tomatos together season with salt. Place Bell pepper halves in baking pan(s) fill peppers with the rice mixture, Cover and place in 350 degree oven for Approximately 1 hour or until done. Take out of oven and enjoy
