Ingredients

    10 Large White Mushrooms, whole and cleaned
    2 medium sweet onions, sliced in 1/2 in slices
    2 red bell peppers, cleaned and cut into 2 in squares
    1/2 cup Good Seasons Italian Dressing, prepared

Directions

Clean and prepare all vegetables. Keep onion slices together with toothpicks or skewers. Marinade all vegetables with half of the dressing. Reserve the rest for after cooking.
Prepare BBQ. When ready, place pieces on BBQ over direct heat and cook until nicely chared. Toss with remaining dressing and serve.
