    1 Jennie-O Seasoned Turkey Patty
    8 Thick Slices of Zucchini
    1 tbsp Shaved Parmesan Cheese
    1 tsp Olive Oil
    1 tbsp Garlic Powder (optional)
    1 tsp Cajun Seasonings (optional)


Line a cookie sheet with foil and spray with nonfat cooking spray.
Cut 8 thick slices of zucchini and place on cookie sheet
Sprinkle olive oil on zucchini pieces
Top zucchini with a few slices of shaved parmesan
Broil in oven until cheese is golden brown
Heat olive oil in skillet and cook turkey patty on medium heat for about 5-7 minutes on each side
Slice patty in 8 equal pieces and place on top on zucchini
Season with garlic powder and cajun seasonings (optional)
Serve Hot!!
