    1-1/4 cup flour
    1Tbsp. baking powder
    1Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1c. milk
    1-1/2Tbsp. canola oil


Combine flour with baking powder, sugar, and salt. Combine egg, milk, and oil.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.
Spray cooking spray onto hot griddle or skillet. Medium heat
Use 1/4c. to measure out batter (1 serving).
Makes about 8-1/4c. pancakes.
