Introduction

I haven't tried throwing frozen veggies in it yet, but I'm thinking about adding a bag of frozen broccoli or corn. I haven't tried throwing frozen veggies in it yet, but I'm thinking about adding a bag of frozen broccoli or corn.

Ingredients

    1 whole Chicken Breast
    1 can Cream of Chicken Soup (undiluted)
    1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (undiluted)
    1 cup Sour Cream, reduced fat,
    1 box Stuffing mix (chicken flavored)

Directions

Cook and shred chicken, spread in a 9x13 inch casserole dish. Mix together sour cream and both cans of soup, layer on top of chicken. Make stuffing according to directions and spread over soup layer. Bake at 250 for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings
