    Kraft Macaroni & Cheese, orginial
    4 tablespoons blue bonnet light margarine
    Low Sodium Cream of Mushroom soup
    Low Sodium Cream of Chicken soup
    2 cans tuna in water, drained
    can mixed vegetables, drained
    can sweet corn, drained


Boil water and cook mac and cheese the length of time on the box. Stir in margarine and powdered cheese. Add all the cans and stir. Heat on low heat until everything is hot.

Salt and pepper to taste. Can add cheese to plated foods if wanted. (not in calorie count)

Serving Size: Makes 6 1 cup servings
