Ingredients

    1 lb. 96% lean ground beef
    1/4 c. Basil, chopped
    4 small garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 tsp Salt & Pepper, or to taste
    4 whole-grain wheat burger buns
    1 cup roasted red pepper strips
    1/2 cup or (4oz) reduced feta crumbles

Directions

Mix first 4 ingredients lightly.
Pat meat into 4 patties.
Grill or pan fry 2-5 minutes on each side or until it reaches desired doneness.
Meanwhile split buns and toast or grill them.
Place burgers on bottom halves and top with feta and red pepper.
