    hamburger meat 93& lean, 48 oz
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Egg, fresh, 1 large

    Whole Wheat Flour, .12 cup

    Canola Oil, .25 cup


Completely mix the first three ingredients until the egg is incorporated in the hamburger.

Heat a fry pan with the oil on about medium.

Divide out the hamburger onion into 12. Form into balls. Put the flour into a small bowl and roll the meat balls into the flour and cover completely, Place into the hot oil.

Cook until done, turning the meat balls once when the balls are a crispy brown.

Drain on paper towels

This recipe may be cooked without the flour and using non stick 'spray for less calories and a different taste.
