Quick and easy goulash in the crock pot. Quick and easy goulash in the crock pot.
Number of Servings: 6


    1 c. Beef Broth
    1/2 pound 93% lean ground beef
    2 cans 14.5 oz organic diced tomatoes with green chilis
    1 green bell pepper diced
    half a medium onion diced
    1 can 14.5 oz low sodium kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    2 tps Mrs Dash Fiesta Lime
    1 Tbs Chili Powder
    1/2 tps cumin
    1/2 tps garlic powder
    1 tps Dried basil
    1 tps dried Italian seasoning
    1 cup elbow macaroni


Brown ground beef in a skillet remove grease
In a 4-5 qt crock pot add the following ingredients:
cooked beef, 2 cans of tomatoes with juice, drained kidney beans, chopped bell pepper, broth, diced onion, spices.

Cook on low for 4-5 hours or until heated through.

Add macaroni and stir in well, continue to cook on low for 30 minutes.

Turn pot off. Allow to sit with lid on for 10 minutes before serving.

I tossed some fresh grated Parmesan on the top of mine, but that's not in the calorie count.
