    3 cups shredded zucchini, squeazed of excess moisture
    2 Tble garbanzo flour
    2 Tble ground flax seed
    2 Tble vital wheat gluten
    2 Tble minced onion
    1 Tble Braggs Aminos
    2 Tble Nutritional yeast flakes
    1 Tble minced pepper
    1 tsp olive oil


In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except oil

Add oil to non-stick skillet. Heat to medium heat

Brown latkes till done and brown, about 10-15 min. Flip once. Serve warm

Serving Size: makes about 7 patties
