    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Scallions, raw, 4 medium (4-1/8" long)
    Garlic, 1 tbsp
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 units
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia)
    Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz
    Lime Juice, 1 fl oz
    Kikkoman Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
    Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade, 3 tbsp
    Shrimp, raw, 30 medium
    White Rice, long grain, 1 cup
    Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz)


Prep work, prep work prep work... Dice scallions finely; cut peppers into strips; cut chicken into chunky pieces of approximately 1" cubes; de-tail shrimp...

Heat wok and add oil, followed by garlic and scallions. Sauté those for a bit before adding chicken and cooking until thoroughly cooked; toss in peppers and cook until softened; add shrimp followed by rice and broth.

Depending on how you want your flavors to blend, add the sauces at whichever time you feel appropriate.
