    1 16 oz bag mixed vegitables
    1 box stuffing
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cubed and cooked
    1/2 stick butter
    1 2/3 cup water


1. cube and cook up chicken breasts on the stove top.
2. Mix Vegitables, water, and butter in skillet until boiling then simmer for 5 min.
3. Add in Stuffing mix until moistened
4. Add in Chicken and heat on low until all heated through

makes 8 servings
