    1 Beaten Egg
    1 Can Drained Salmon
    2 TBSP Light cream
    1/4 C Chopped Green Onions
    1 TBSP Dill
    1/4 tsp Black Pepper
    2 TBSP Seasoned Bread Crumbs
    1 TBSP Cooking Oil
    Salt to taste


Heat oil in a skillet to medium heat.

Combine egg, salmon, cream, green onions, dill, pepper, bread crumbs and salt.
Make 4 patties out of mixture.
Cook in oil until golden brown, flip and repeat.
Drain on a paper towel and serve with 1 TBSP tartar sauce.
