Introduction

This is what i use to drinck before my workouts, it's easy to digest do not blow my tummy and gives me a lot of energy :) This is what i use to drinck before my workouts, it's easy to digest do not blow my tummy and gives me a lot of energy :)
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 medium cucumber, peeled and chopped
    100 fresh spinach leaves, washed and drined
    1/2 tbsp raw organic honey
    1 cup light plan soy milk, fortified with calcium
    vanilla ectract (optional)

Directions

Pour all ingredients into the blender and blend on high speed until you reach the beautiful green smoothie consistency. Pour into glassess and enjoy :)

Serving Size: 2 large glassess
