Ingredients

    Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz)
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Onions, raw, 1 large
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 breast, bone and skin removed
    White Rice, long grain, 2 cup
    Chorizo, pork and beef, 16 oz
    Pork Sausage, 1 pound
    Chicken Bullion, 4 serving

Directions

Boil together chicken, bullion, spices and onion until tender. Remove the chicken from the pot and cut into chunks. Brown the sausage. Add 4 cups of chicken broth with the rice, chicken and sausage. Bring to a boil. Decrease the heat to low. Cover. Stir occassionally until the rice is cooked and the liquid is gone.
