    1 can crushed tomatoes
    1 can tomato paste
    1 can diced italian tomatoes
    1/2c red wine
    3Tbsp olive oil
    2c mushrooms
    1c carrots
    3tsp. fresh garlic
    1lb. extra lean ground beef


Mix all ingredients, add onions, oregano, fresh basil, italian seasonings, garlic, bay leaves and salt to taste. Let simmer for at least an hour- longer for better flavor.
