    1.5 oz fat free cream cheese
    1 tsp baking powder
    3 tsp dill
    2 eggs
    1 egg white
    1/4 cup fat free cheddar cheese
    1.5 TBS fat free plain yogurt
    2 TBS Oat bran
    1.5 TBS Wheat bran
    Salt and pepper to taste


1. Soften cream cheese, add yogurt and mix
2. Stir in whole eggs and egg white
3. Add oat and wheat brans, baking powder, salt and pepper. Mix
4. Add cheese
5. Line an oven proof dish with parchement paper or use six muffin cups.
6. Fill with mixture.
7. Bake 28 - 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
