Ingredients

    Summer squash, 2 c. chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream, reduced fat
    10 Town House crackers, crushed

Directions

Saute squash and onion in a small amount of butter in skillet. Mix in cheese, sour cream and crackers. Transfer to oven safe dish and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
