Ingredients

    1.5 cups Lowfat Plain Yogurt, 4 tsp Tahini (sesame seed paste), 2 tsp Sesame seed oil, 4 Tbsp fresh cut chives, 2 cloves garlic (or 1tsp crushed/chopped garlic), seasoning to taste (chili powder, red pepper, salt)

Directions

Heat oil in non stick skillet/frying pan. Cook garlic and seasoning/spices for 2-3 minutes, until garlic is softened. Remove from heat, and add Tahini paste and Lowfat plain yogurt. Stir to mix - then return to heat for an additional 1-2 minutes (do NOT boil). Remove from heat again, stir in Chives. Add additional seasoning to taste. Serve with crackers, sliced raw sweet peppers or cucumbers, or serve hot over steamed broccoli, cauliflower and red onions. When chilled, the red pepper has a "kick" after bite - delicious!
