Ingredients

    1 1/4 lb ground beef
    1 small chopped onion
    2 cups frozen corn kernels
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    2 can GV Dark Red Kidney beans

Directions

brown meat in skillet, add onions. After mean & onions are done, add beans, corn, stewed tomatoes and tomato sauce. Cook until flavors blended. Add salt and garlic powder to taste.

Serving Size: Makes approx (10) servings, 1 cup each
