Ingredients

    Sour Cream, reduced fat, 0.5 cup
    Butter, salted, 0.5 cup (1 stick)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1.5 tsp
    Salt, 0.5 tsp
    Granulated Sugar, 0.75 cup
    Brown Sugar, 0.75 cup, packed
    Whole Wheat Flour, 1.25 cup
    Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, 3 cup, dry
    Nestle Toll House Semi Sweet Chocolate Mini Morsels, 16 tbsp (equals 1 cup, or 1/2 a bag)

Directions

Preheat oven 375 degrees. Mix sour cream, butter, eggs, vanilla, baking soda, salt, and sugars in a bowl, beating well.

Add flour to the mix, and beat until smooth. Then and oats and stir until well mixed. Finally, add mini chips and mix until evenly distributed.

Drop by heaping spoonful onto baking sheet, and bake for 7-9 minutes. Cool on rack or flat plate at room temperature.

Eat fresh or freeze some for later!

Serving Size: Makes 36 large cookies (can make smaller cookies to reduce calorie count)
