    chicken breast, with skin, 1 unit
    white rice, medium grain, 1 cup
    cheddar cheese, 1 cup, diced
    *birds eye baby brocoli florets(1 cup)
    cream of mushroom soup, 1 cup


season and brown chicken on all sides
cook rice
place chicken in casserole dish, then rice, then brocoli florets, then add cream of mushroom soup, then cheddar cheese on top cook at 350 degrees till cheese is melted.
let sit for 5 minutes, serve and enjoy.
