Introduction
I had leftover turkey and brown rice. I felt like having homemade soup tonight, so I used the chicken broth from Pacific Natural Foods and came up with this. I had leftover turkey and brown rice. Ingredients

6 cups organic, low sodium chicken broth
1 cup water
3 large stalks celery cut up
2 large carrots cut up
1 medium onion cut up
1 cup diced or cut up cooked turkey meat
2 cups cook brown rice
Directions
Put all ingredients except rice in a dutch oven, Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 40 minutes or until the vegetables are soft. Stir in cooked brown rice. Serve.
