    4 bell peppers any colors
    5 tbsp extra vergin olive oil
    1 medium yellow onion chopped
    1 clove of garlic chopped
    1 lb ground beef
    1 1/2 cup cooked rice
    1 cup chopped tomatoes fresh or canned
    1 tsp dried oregano
    ground pepper
    1/2 cup ketchup
    1/2 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
    dash of Tabasco sauce


Cut top of peppers about 1 inch from the stem, remove seeds. I put my peppers on a paper towel upside down in the microwave for about 2 minutes. ( You can use the boiling water method. Boil the pepper in rolling boiling salted water for about 3 minutes).
Heat 4 tbsp of oil in a large skillet and cook the onion until translucent about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook 1 minute longer. Remove from heat. Add meat, rice, oregano tomatoes and season well with salt and pepper. Mix well (I use my hands. At this point I add some mozzarella YOU DON"T HAVE TO!!) Drizzle remaining 1 tbsp oil inside peppers. Arrange the peppers into a baking dish and stuff them. Combine ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco and 1/4 cup of water into a small bowl, then spoon over filling. Add Add 1/4 cup or more to the baking dish (so that the peppers will cook during baking time). Place in preheated 350 oven and bake for 40 to 50 minutes. (Until temperature inside is 150- 160 F
I know this recipe call for 4 peppers but believe me you will stuff 5 or even 6
