    2 sliced Roma Tomatoes
    6 sausage links
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    6 large eggs
    1 cup of milk
    Black pepper
    garlic powder


Cook sausage links. Meanwhile, lay slices of tomato in bottom of a glass pan. Cut sausage into coin slices, scatter on top of tomato. Add cheese, and seasonings, to taste. Beat eggs and milk together in a bowl, pour over top of sausage mixture.
Place glass pan inside a larger glass pan, and pour enough water in large pan to come almost halfway up the side of the small glass pan.
Place in 400 degree oven for 30-45 minutes, until egg is firm.
Let set at room temperature for five minutes before slicing.
