    2 c bean flour
    3 t baking powder
    1/2 t salt
    1/4 c unsalted butter
    3/4 c skim milk


Mix dry ingredients. Add soft butter (not melted); mix till blended. Add milk, Stir well. May need to add a little more flour in order to handle it. Roll out; cut into biscuits. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 450 F, 12-15 minutes.
