Number of Servings: 4

    nonfat butter-flavor cooking spray
    2 heads garlic
1 block fat free cream cheese
1 box Barilla multi-grain shells pasta
2 tbsp White Cheddar popcorn seasoning

Roasted Garlic:
chop the top off of two heads of garlic. Spray with butter flavor nonfat cooking spray and wrap, individually in foil packets. Bake at 350 for one hour and allow to cool.

Cook pasta to desired tenderness, add cream cheese, sour cream, and two sprays of butter nonfat cooking spray. Squeeze the garlic heads until the cloves emerge (they will have a paste-like consistency) and combine all ingredients until smooth.

serve with veggies or a salad on the side. This is a base recipe, you will most likely want to add salt, pepper, parmesan, Mrs.Dash Basil & tomato or the like to adjust to your tastes. While this is not authentic alfredo, it's super low-fat has a nice portion size and is a great alternative to the fatty real-deal alfredo. Hits the spot when you're craving alfredo or mac n cheese!
