    57g (3.75 T) Hellman's Low Fat Mayonnaise
    2.5 T Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
    1 t Sriracha
    12 oz raw shrimp, shelled and deveined (weight after peeling)
    1.5 t cornstarch
    1 t canola oil
    1 cup shredded red cabbage
    4 cups shredded lettuce
    3 medium scallions, chopped


In a medium bowl, combine mayo, Thai sweet chili sauce and Sriracha. Set aside.

Combine lettuce and cabbage and divide across two plates.

Coat shrimp with cornstarch, mixing well with hands.

Heat a large skillet or wok on high heat. When hot, add oil. When oil is hot, add shrimp and cook, tossing a few times until cooked through (about 3-5 minutes.) Remove from pan and combine with the sauce to coat.

Place shrimp on lettuce and top with scallions.
